• Processing time vary. I'm always on top of my orders priority always goes to the one ordered earlier. To be safe I'm stating that it (processing time) takes up to 14 days... but rest assure that I'm doing my best to have it sent ASAP... it rarely takes longer then a week, usually 2-3 days
• Shipping worldwide from Poland (Europe)
All orders are being sent as priority letter, priority parcel or global express (depends on the size, weight and destination of your order)

Australia 21-31 days (I'm really sorry but Australian customs are as mad as UK ones;)

• Payment: I accept payment via PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account,
you can pay via credit card through the PayPal system.
Reason for it is that PayPal resolution center guarantees safe shopping and that all your rights as a customer will be honored.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. US customers don't have to worry about the tax as it is being calculated at the checkout by PayPal (customs may still apply).
• Returns
and exchanges: I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations but
please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If you are genuinely interested in my crafts there is no way that we couldn't come to agreement and I will do anything I can to have your needs fulfilled. If you have any trouble with your order or your item, contact me and I will try to sort it out.
!!! If you see any sort of damage on your package, please don't accept it! Refuse it on the grounds of damage in transport and I will sort you out with a new, undamaged item free of charge. This way I can claim insurance on damaged goods that will cover costs of your new item and free delivery. If you accept it then there is nothing else I can do !!!
